2019 ChariTee Golf Tournament a Hole-in-One for AMCHAM Scholarship Program
On January 18, AMCHAM successfully hosted the fifth annual AMCHAM ChariTee Golf Tournament, presented by Chevron, at the Pun Hlaing Golf Club.
The event brought together business leaders from Myanmar and across the region to enjoy a day of networking and friendly competition at one of Yangon’s premier golf courses. At the evening awards dinner the top three teams were honored with trophies and a number of lucky winners took home raffle prizes.
As one of the Chamber’s key fundraising events, all the proceeds of the tournament benefit the AMCHAM Scholarship Program which has been providing financial assistance and job-readiness training to exemplary university students studying in Yangon.
We would like to thank our event sponsors for their generous contributions. Not only did they enable us to host a wonderful day on the golf course, but their support also made it possible for us to raise a significant portion of the funds needed to continue the AMCHAM Scholarship Program.
