Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and verify the import and export of raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, including quality policies and objectives.
• Supervise the receiving process and assign appropriate personnel for systematic storage of goods.
• Manage and control inventory across all storage areas, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, issuing, and labeling of incoming goods.
• Maintain the integrity of finished products until they reach the next point in the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations and layout optimization.
• Coordinate with suppliers for goods receipt, verify GRPOs, and confirm incoming inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate with a Certificate or Diploma in Logistics Management.
• Strong understanding of inventory methods such as FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO, with ability to present related knowledge.
• Familiar with ISO, GHP, HACCP standards, and SAP systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, with at least 2 years in a management-level role.
• Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
• Must be willing and able to work at Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardon Township).
