Job Description

  • Liaison and communicate with third party Software vendors for upcoming projects.
  • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
  • Arrange project meeting with external and internal concerned departments.
  • Set the project timeline and schedule for each project.
  • Cooperate with respective departments to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Cooperate with software vendors upon the necessary issues and queries.
  • Convey and report status to high-level management.
  • Perform immediate response on software errors or improper use of application by end-users.
  • Support in preparing ERP concerned reports for respective departments.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
  • Prepare documentations, procedure, manuals, standards, checklists, guides, helpdesk supports for IT Application & Infrastructure systems including data, process, and business flow of system to comply to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Guidelines to ensure IT department pass the ISO Audits without any compliance issues.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Related Industry
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Managerial Level
  • Any Graduate/ Diploma and Certificate from IT industry
  • Good in English communication skill
  • Proper knowledge of Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Strong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong knowledge of Database Management System (DBMS)
  • Strong knowledge of Business Operations and Accounting Rules
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork, Positive-attitude, self-motivated and work ethics
  • Good English communication skill
