Job Description

MUST MEET SALE OBJECTIVE ON WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BASIC BY FOLLOWING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  • MEETING OR EXCEEDING SET SALES TARGET
  • MUST PLAN EFFECTIVE SALE CALL & MEET MINIMUM 35% ON MONTHLY BASE
  • MUST VISIT B2B CUSTOMERS TARGETED & PLANNED SALE CALL COVERAGE (MINIMUM – 4-5 CUSTOMERS VISIT/DAY)
  • MUST PLAN & VISIT TRIP OUT OF YANGON & ASSIGNED CITY AS PER ASSIGNMENT & SALE REQUIREMENT.
  • MUST UNDERSTAND/ DEVELOP GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON LUBRICANTS & ITS RELATED TECHNOLOGIES
  • A GOOD TEAM PLAYER
  • DETAILING AS A PART OF SALE PRESENTATION IN EACH SALE CALL.
  • MUST SERVE AS SOURCE OF SOLUTION PROVIDER FOR LUBRICANT’S QUERY
  • TIMELY IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING PROGRAMS & PROMOTIONS.
  • EFEICIENT MARKET INFORMATION AND INDUSTRY UPDATES REPORTING. WEEKLY & MONTHLY (WRITTEN/VIBER/VERBAL)
  • MUST MAINTAIN THE QUALITY & VALUE OF SALES ITEMS FROM EACH CUSTOMER
  • MAINTAIN THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS 
  • MUST EXPAND THE B2B CUSTOMER COVERAGE BY SOURCING NEW CUSTOMER – 3-5 MINIMUM ON MONTHLY BASE.

Job Requirements

  • ANY BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERABLY MECHANICAL ENGINEERING OR OTHER RELATED DEGREE.
  • PREFABLY 1-3 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE OF B2B WITHIN THE PETROLEUM LUBRICANT MARKET.
  • PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL
  • STRONG SELLING, INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT.
  • STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS IN MS OFFICE INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL AND POWER POINT.
  • GOOD COMMAND OF BOTH WRITING AND SPEAKING ENGLISH
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
  • ABLE TO TRAVEL FREWUENTLY IN AND OUT OF CITY.
