Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire export sales process from planning through to closing.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Continuously monitor and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Track, analyze, and maintain sales volumes and performance metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, particularly in the B2B sector.
- Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to boost GPS product sales.
- Conduct regular sales audits and present comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Carry out consistent sales forecasting to support business planning.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate.
- Diploma in Sales Management or Sales & Marketing Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong sales, leadership, and technical skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the sales field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
- Willingness to travel and work as required.
