Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the entire export sales process from planning through to closing.
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain sales volumes and performance metrics.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, particularly in the B2B sector.
  • Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to boost GPS product sales.
  • Conduct regular sales audits and present comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Carry out consistent sales forecasting to support business planning.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements: 

  • Any graduate.
  • Diploma in Sales Management or Sales & Marketing Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sales, leadership, and technical skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the sales field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
  • Willingness to travel and work as required.
